CUSTOMER LOYALTY
The Sodabird has been designed so that the filling mechanism remains firmly attached to the gas cartridge. Each time the cartridge is replaced, the entire technical function group goes back to the manufacturer to be refurbished. The user therefore receives a fully functional, serviced device every time.
DISTRIBUTION
As the entire cartridge and filling mechanism unit is always completely replaced (returned), all materials and raw materials, once collected, circulate endlessly between user and manufacturer. This channel is also used to distribute all other product and service parts. This also creates a permanent exchange of information.
MAXIMUM ECOLOGICAL PRODUCTDESIGN
The concept comprises a series of intelligent design solutions, each of which transforms a previously neglected product function into a positive product experience. The previously complex handling is replaced by an uncomplicated, reliable mechanism. The previously lacking reparability is ensured by the easily dismantled product design.
The dimensions and space requirements of the device when not in use are minimal. The risk of soiling and contamination is deliberately combated by the reduced complexity and regular maintenance. Additional sensory features, such as the generation of a bird sound through ascending pressure, make the concept a sympathetic and unique design icon.
